If a number looks wrong
Corrections jump the queue. To make one quick to act on, please include the page you were on, the values you entered, the result you got and the result you expected. If you have a source for the correct figure, send that too — it saves a round trip and it usually ends up cited on the page.
If it is about a subscription
Payments are handled by Polar, who is the seller of record for Pro. Invoices, card changes and cancellations are in the billing portal linked from your account page. Write to us anyway if something looks wrong — we would rather hear it than have you fight a form.
Cancelling keeps Pro running until the end of the period you paid for. Withdrawing from the contract is a button on your account page, and the right cannot be signed away.
Press, embedding and partnerships
Same address. Tools may be embedded on other sites; the embed option is on the tool itself, and Pro removes our badge from it.
